1. Data Collection
We only collect what we need to function. This includes:
- User IDs and Guild IDs from Discord.
- Server structure data (channel names, role names, permissions) for backups.
- Message content (only if "High Fidelity" backups are manually enabled).
- Subscription status via Patreon.
2. How We Use Data
Your data is used strictly for operational purposes—restoring your server, keeping your assets safe in the Vault, and processing AI requests through Google Gemini. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Storage & Deletion
Snapshots and backups are stored securely. If you delete a backup, it is removed from our database immediately. If you want us to delete all your data entirely, you can do so by contacting support or removing the bot and requesting a data wipe.
4. Third Parties
We use Google Gemini to process AI prompts. Your server structure may be sent to their API to generate your requested changes. We also use Patreon to handle all payments, meaning we never see or store your credit card information.
